Who I Am
In today’s world, there is immense pressure to be perfect—the perfect parent, partner, friend, professional, and more. If you find yourself constantly striving to meet unrealistic societal expectations and feeling as though you’re falling short, you’re not alone. This ongoing pursuit can lead to feelings of emptiness, anxiety, and depression, leaving you disconnected from your own life.
My goal is to help you reconnect—with yourself and with what truly matters. Together, we will work to build a life rooted in joy, resilience, and authenticity—one where you are empowered to live by your own values, not the ones imposed on you.
I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your experiences and work toward meaningful goals. The journey may be challenging at times, but it will also be deeply rewarding. I will be by your side throughout the process, helping you develop the tools and confidence to create lasting change.
Imagine living life on your own terms—with clarity, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose. It’s possible, and it starts here.
I received by Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University in 2009 and my Master of Social Work from Boston College in 2012. I have spent the last 10+ years practicing social work in a variety of settings including medical social work, acute inpatient psychiatry, outpatient mental health and residential substance abuse treatment. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance abuse and psychosis.
Taking the first step toward healing can be the hardest part—but it’s also one of the most courageous. By reaching out, you’re choosing to prioritize your well-being, and that is a powerful beginning.
When you're ready, I’m here to support you. I truly look forward to walking alongside you on this journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
